I have just gone pass the 500 day mark without a smoke, I have been seeing a respiratory specialist which I have been told that I only have 50% lung capacity, thats one reason for anyone to give up, I was smoking for 41 years,

I Don't have a choice anymore to smoke tobacco I had discovered health issues which aren't life threatening yet so I have to quit smoking and it's the hardest thing I cannot do! Please help! I smoke because the tobacco calms me down I smoke a lot of tally rolled tobacco each day
