Still Smoke Free

651 days smoke free. I feel less and less like having a cigarette now. It's finally sunk in.

    Hi Tee Emm. Like you, I count the days and at 669 days I rarely think of myself as a smoker. For me, it was good to be able to post and vent on this site. It has worked for all this time and am constantly on guard, not wanting to take a backwards step. I know that just one would send me into a downwards spiral. Always reassuring to hear from those who have long time success. Does not necessarily get easier.

    11 days smoke free. Lots more energy and I am sleeping better but the best part is tha I ca Breath!!!!
    Still want to smoke but I want to live and breath more than I want to smoke

    congrtz to ev1 on here. i would like to know what sideffects people got from going cold turkey. i used patches b4 nd didnt get half as much side affects as i am now. nausea, light headed, fatigue. im in my 3rd week. i still forgetsometimes and go to light one up after eating especially. i find no packet there. lol. anxiety is another side affect. How long does this last for?
