G/day all,Had my last smoke on thursday night (10/10/13). I'm using the 21mg/24hr patch to help and have made it to day four without a smoke so I'm sure the patches are helping.I had smoked for thirty plus years and I am looking forward to day five.
I AM NOW 1345 DAYS A NON SMOKER.
