Two Years today

I’ve been smoke free for two years today. (Well, two years here in the States, two years and one day in Au) :). To those who are on their journey, especially those just starting, two years happened just like that. I cannot even believe it’s been this long. Don’t give up, do whatever you have to to stay quit, and hang on. You can do this!

    Hey Wendy :)
I agree .. Isn't it great to be free. My quit was 18 months ago, and my only regret, is that I waited so long to do it. However one decides to do it, just a few weeks of discomfort, and you can set yourself free. :)

Hi WendyOhNo. Congratulations. So good to see yet another stayer who has stayed away from our arch enemy. And no doubt, like Red-67 says, our regret may be that we did not do this sooner. All the more reason to stay quit.

I've been waiting for this day! I am approximately 4 months behind you Wendy and I knew when you hit 2 years it was just another 4 months until I hit 2 years. You have been an inspiration to me from the first time I came across icanquit . Hearing you were going through the same things at the same points I was experiencing the "downs" of the quit made it so much easier for me. I can't stress enough to the newbies the power of reading the experiences others have went through and they are now long term quitters. Congratulations and thanks again for being my quit leader WendyOhNo. Cheers!
