1 Year smoke free today

I can't believe after 35 years of smoking that at noon today I am 1 year smoke free. Ironically, I did not plan to quit. On Oct 14th last year I got the mail and we had received a HUGE premium increase on our health insurance because my husband and I were smokers. I said "I am not paying that, I quit". And I did. I never smoked another cigarette, I didn't smoke a "good bye" cig, I didn't make a big deal out of it, in fact I told no one. I just quit. I am very proud of myself. YEAH me!

Yeah wow. Well done. Im smoke free 25 days. Has been ok. Im taking Champix. So I think it would be way easier for me than cold turkey.
Im still thinking about it, 3 -4 times a day. Dont think I will have one. Does it get easier the longer you stay away from them. Would be good to not have those moments.
