well its been one year since i had a smoke and i still get little cravings but i will never put another filthy one in my mouth again. it was very hard for the first 3 weeks but now i don,t care and the money i have saved is great. although if you are lucky enough to have not had a heart attack like i did and end up on tablets for the rest of your life you will save even more money. so if you are thinking of quiting do it just ( do it  ) before its to late.

That is quite an achievement. I am looking forward to the 365th day too and know that to give in to the craving (just one won't hurt) would undo all I have gained.
But the craving is not so bad these days fortunately.
