I’ve been ciggie free for over a month and a half and I’ve honestly stopped counting the days
Out of sight = out of mind
And this forum has helped a ton by having so much great info
But I still believe the trick is to erase the thought that you’ve ever smoked from your mind
How am I doing this??
By changing up all my old routines I had as a smoker with new ones
And feeling healthier without that damn smoke in your mouth all the time makes it easier
I did it cold turkey. Just keep fighting👍😬
