Hi all,

Well this once 30 to 40 smokes a day for 38 years tragic can happily report I'm still free of the nicotine shackles. Not smoking is so normal for me these days and I could never imagine I'd be at this point. My quit plan on this forum reports that I have saved over $60k ...Cant believe what they cost now...just ridiculous 😱

Anyway...stay strong all of you starting your quit journeys. There really is light at the end of the tunnel.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS from me as well Steve. You are an inspiration and give hope to others. 60K is a HUGE amount in just 5 years. I shudder to think how much we spent on the addiction over the decades?

Quitting smoking has been the Biggest thing that I have ever done for myself and loved ones. I can't imagine relinquishing my freedom now after almost 1000 days. We are proof that it can be done.!
