The cravings for me yesterday were terrible. So I would get up from my desk and walk to my bedroom. It's ten steps either way, so as I walked I took deep breaths of clean air and told myself I am profiting from inhaling all that clean air into my lungs and my mouth will continue to stay clean and free of tobacco. I did that probably twenty times yesterday, but I SURVIVED and today I am so proud of myself and happy with myself. 100 steps to overcome the craving.
