Congratulations on your 7 year milestone Lia. We don't seem to see many of those, but I think they just forgot that they were smokers and continued on with their lives. I still think it better to check in now and again and remember , as not to slip and throw it all away. Sometimes , we tend to take things for granted. Besides that, it is nice to encourage others on their paths to freedom.

We need to always remember NOPE, Not One Puff Ever. I will always remember SAFE's words and wise wisdom. I will always remember your Margaret Thatcher, and countless other member's words.

The Battle is Won In the Mind, is another favourite and so true, which is why the mindset is so important.

Lia, You and others are wonderful proof that quitting smoking IS possible, and positively worth it!

So the $81,000 dollar question Lia is what did you spend the money on?🤔

People always say you will be better off financially giving up smoking- on any quit attempt I have yet to experience this.

This attempt is in different- 6 weeks in I’ve list $4000 dollars in the stock market this week and $1000 dollars in food when a freezer defrosted. My utilities bill has doubled from $200 dollars to $400 dollars per month.

So, no better off!😂

Maybe in 7 years I will see some profit financially from stopping- it won’t be swallowed up by other things.
