Hi All,
I've been struggling lately with coping with stress and I often rely on the comfort that instant gratification such as smoking, YouTube etc. provides.
I want to dig deep and prove to myself that I can do better with discipline and a plan.
I've never formally reached out for any assistance, but I'm ready to improve all facets of my life by foregoing instant gratification.
I just want to see my remaining potential, I don't want to watch it burn away.
