I have not smoked a cigarette for 8 weeks, however I have been vaping as well for twelve e months or more. Now I just vape, and I have found that I am disliking it more and more. I took last week I had stopped vaping fir two weeks, my first ever attempt. Family medical emergencies and me being the carer blew that for me this past week, however prepared to start again next week.
