I actually dreamt I had a ciggie, and my body felt as though trying to handle the smoke in my lungs .. It felt real .. My brain thought I failed myself and disappointed that I didn't know how it got that far [I didn'thave a choice - I had already puffed on the ciggie in my dream]... I then woke up, and dealt with the reality that it was just a dream ... I was so relieved ... It's been 66 days now, Cold Turkey after 25yrs of smoking .. I'm still in denial that I haven't admitted to myslef that I am now a non-smoker, and find it difficult to consider .. I tell Family that I haven't had a ciggie for # of days ... Hang in there and embrace the positives and support from Fam and Friends
