Well I fell back into smoking after quite a while and now I'm starting again. But all of my previous attempts should come in handy somehow. I know I can do this. Its been a huge struggle for me but tonight August 3 is my quit night and I have already had my last ever smoke.
I'm doing this for health reasons mainly as the money part doesn't really bother me. (yet I will also be saving that). I'm not saying "maybe" this time, as this time I'm really serious. I'm getting into meditation again too to help me realize that all feelings and sensations pass. It will be easy to do and only takes around 20 minutes. I'm hoping it will ease any cravings I have.
With cravings I will write down everything to do with it, including where and when and what I'm thinking about. Then I will write down what I did instead of smoking. I think this will work.
I feel very positive I will nail it. I'd like to get to a year and look back on my achievement with pride.
