Time flies and it's been 2353 days since my last cig. When I was a serious smoker, I couldn't imagine living without a cig. Lo and behold, things change and now I can't imagine lighting one up. I feel normal without a cig. Good luck to all of you trying to quit. It's hard but it's so worth it. NOPE - not one puff ever!

About to take my last puff, or cigarette, hope to have a smoke free new year, 2024 smoking no more, shut the gate on puffing billy and embrace fresh air and give red cells the chance to do their job properly.

I'm going nuts for your absolute abstinence and thank you for your common-sense advice in my early days. I really appreciate your input.
