I am trying to quit but keep having to restart my quit date. This is murder!!

    You are not the only one who has had a tougher time of it. Perhaps , rather than giving up completely you might look to alternatives. Or this just might be the time you succeed!
    Keep on trying, and you will succeed. Remember that you only need to quit ONCE. It does get easier and it does get to the point where you won't even think about it. We can quit smoking when we have a mind to. Think Positive!

    I smoked for 22 years, a pack a day. I still can't believe I'm smoke free...I've been right where you are. I used a all natural drink which was a miracle for me. It instantly made me not want a cigarette, like I didn't even think about them, and I didn't have physical withdrawals. Natural is a healthy way to stop. It worked for me.
