It's been 4 days since I stopped smoking again (cold turkey). First time I'm having sleeping problems, I can't fall asleep at night even though I am very tired. I even do extra sport to make myself tired but no luck. Has anyone had any experience like that, I don't know what should I do 😔

Other than that I don't have any other problem for staying quit and am very happy to see my health is getting better and I can breathe finally!

I am no doctor, but perhaps you slept better when your body was lacking oxygen and now you are breathng better and your brain is getting more oxygen. It is only 4 days in , and our bodies need to adjust to the change. Maybe it is excited to feel alive again!
Why not try warm milk, eat Turkey and foods known to help with sleep. Turn of the blue screens and read. Listen to an audio book and relax.
I slept like a baby when I quit smoking. Now when I can't sleep I watch my soap opera again. Works like a charm. I still haven't gotten around to getting some Melamin, a natural sleep aid.

I do hope you find something that works for you. I love the positive attitude you have about quitting smoking overall though. We can quit smoking when we have a mind to. Perhaps you need to apply that to sleep as well.
