Natural Foods to Reduce Cravings

While I STRONGLY encourage self belief and positivity as the MINDSET in quitting smoking or any other endeavor, I found that a "lung cleanse" which is not as scary as it sounds , worked for me. Good anti-oxidants like ginger and turmeric, with onion, boiled and taken with honey seemed to curb my need to smoke.Perhaps just a warm glass of milk, with ginger, turmeric, a dash of pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric, same cinnamon and sweetened to taste might as well be the trick. I take that now for calcium and health benefits.

I found an article which may proved useful to some. It surely inspires good health at any rate.

The recipe I found here is very much like the one I tried. I did not add the honey but used it to chase the awful concoction. Perhaps I only thought it would be awful and it may actually be as good as the milk and spices I drink nowadays to relax me and to sleep better. As the article says, take it twice a day. My recipe lasted about a week and I continued it for about a month as I recall.
