I got no tips or tricks really just can't afford to pay for the habit no more especially being homeless as having to choose between food and cigarettes I've had to choose cigarettes as the addiction is worse than drugs itself and drugs are a bad addiction as I also come from that background as well but currently only struggling with the addiction of nicotine which at this very point in time I've been struggling with the addiction for about 12 and half years now in total.

My triggers are ; after eating a meal ,

Or whilst having a social drink I tend to smoke so I want to have a social drink but not smoke.

My plan is to quit cold turkey and have already started this journey on the 01/04/2024 and no it's not an April fools joke at all either I'm dead set serious about quitting smoking cigarettes as I've been smoking cigarettes on and off for the past 12 and half years and it definitely effects my mental health and general health as well
