No matter what it throws at me I'm not going back

So here I ‘am in the middle of week 6 of my Journey, feeling really good and strong. I had been using patches up unit Friday. I was cutting my patches so each day the next patch would be just a little bit smaller then the one before. I was doing this so I could reduce the amount of nicotine that was in my body. I’m not saying that the right way to do it, it’s just the way I did it and it worked for me. So the last patch I had on was about 1/2cm by 1/2cm so very small. So once I stopped using the patch I didn’t notice any difference at all so that was really good. On Monday I started to get pimples, not heaps just a few. Not a big fan of zits but I’m not too worried, I know it’s just my body’s chemistry changing for the good. I remember during week 2. I got mouth ulcer, that got me a bit down, but it didn’t last long and once it was gone I was feeling very happy and strong and took it as step closer to reaching my goal. So what every happens and whatever is thrown at me, weight gain, mouth ulcers, zits, cravings whatever, I know it’s just a short tern inconvenience for a life time of healthy happiness.

I have to admit having this site has really helped me. I never use a site like this before and having people to talk to who are going through what I'm going through and supporting each other is a blessing.
