Well what do you know, just over 1 year ago I quit. It feels great. It was super hard but I'm so happy I stuck with it. I'm guessing around the 7th month after quitting it started getting easier, I didn't think about it. I kind of forgot to think about smoking, funny. if I can do you all can do ...

I joined the day I quit 8/8/2017, I look back now and what a struggle day 1 was but we all start a new path at some point, this was my day. The first few days, I rememeber sleeping a lot, then I remember playing a game to get my mind off my old habit. I remember car rides a trigger for me and fighting through those urges, thinking those were going to last and last and after a few times of doing i...

Just a quick note to celebrate, be thankful etc... to all you quitters, we got this, everyone journey is different, I used champix which made my quit, dare I say, almost too easy after 30 years of smoking, but I will never let my guard down, NOPE not ever. I know I will never smoke again, I just know. Great to breath a little easier, walking, exercising, and hopefully healthy enough to fight off ...

remember the elephant never forget - once you can go one (1) week without a smoke it all becomes easier - an better! i reached my eleventh year without a smoke some months ago but ima wary about being over-confident - i had a close friend who slipped up 12 years into his nonsmoking effort - so sad - but he can give up again there's no such thing as never!!!!!

Today is day 91. Ive saved just over $5000. I just booked a NZ cruise for 12 nights with the ultimate drink package x 2. Leave in 55 days. You too can book a holiday. I just banked what I spent aweek in a side account {as it was money I didnt miss} and wella. To see the money mount up it give me another reason to see how long it takes to get my account back to $5000 again.
