Hi everyone just stopped by to say hello and read how you are doing , nice improvement to the site how you can read all past posts from quitter's. I see a lot of new names on the board which is great , keep at it because it does get better and easier every day hope my previous posts may help some of you out with the crap I went through .
I am now 1285 days quit and am not going back , anyhow all the best stay STRONG stay POSITIVE stay QUIT one day at a time .
