Hope everyone is doing good with this covid worry.
Still lots of peeps on here trying to quit so that's good .
Well 7 yrs to the date or 2556 days ago I to was here for the first time it wasn't easy but I knew I had to start my journey as you can read in my stories so I won't re post , I will say it's not easy at first but you just need to stay positive and be your own best friend and talk yourself up and pat yourself on the back when you kick a craving to the kerb and get through another day because most non smokers or smokers that don't want to quit or haven't tried to understand what a fight it is to quit and therefore may not be supportive thats what I found.
Stay on this site, post and read there's so much help here and it is very supportive ,I didn't post many but I read most that where posted and commented to support and for more information that's what helped me and I'm sure many that I don't see on here anymore.
So keep up with quitting it really does get easier everyday and before you know it you'll be writing a post like this all the best.
