Hi Gemma. I am sorry to see that the other program that you were excited about didn't work for you. I did not want to download it to see what it offered differently. Perhaps you could tell us what you liked about it and would work for you. Sometimes, just looking at things gives us the perspective that we need.
I hope that you have read Allan Carr thoroughly and understood the points he makes.
You seemed happy enough about being quit before. You seem to be determined to quit yet again. This is the hardest part and you know it does get easier. What is it that you think holds you back. ?

I do admire your persistency, as I did Puff No More a couple of years back. He never gave up and is a happy non-smoker today. You will be too, don't give up the dream, stop letting nicotine control you. .

You did it once and you can do it again. Next time, think of all you have gained and realize that you lost nothing. Be thankful. Be Happy. Be Proud!

    BE FREE

Hi Gemma, persist in saying out load or quietly, or written NOPE (not one puff ever), every moment every day, do not stop this really works. Keep your top priority for non smoking on top of a list that you can see daily. Give yourself rewards along the way. You are not alone.
