Ever wondered why some people have a difficult time and some people have an easy time in Quitting and most of us fit somewhere and anywhere within the scale of difficulty to easy?
I used to wonder and worry about it alot, I am not so much fixated why this happens because I'm along way down the road of recovery from the addiction these days. 561 days to be exact.
Yippee

I think if you can trick yourself into believing you will not smoke after your last Puff, it can be easier.
Um, sorry, that's not a good example. And this next part is probably better geared for those still contemplating Quitting the smokes for good

When you have made up your mind. You have unequivocally decided to have your very last one. And you know that the game is up, finished, complete, Not One Puff Ever. When you Know that, it fills you with self asuredness and self belief. It kills fear and gives you the confidence to carry on without the stinkers. With a mindset of knowing your habit is behind you and the debate of will I/wont I will not factor in your thinking.
Sounds easy. So make a plan, set a date and goodluck.
I was a 30 to 40 a dayer, so if I can do it, you can too!
