Hi. Over 7 years quit now and according to my plan $63000 saved. Remembering my first days it was excruciating but having smoked for 53 years I gritted my teeth and was determined. Helped by my long term quit buddy Lia who is 100 days ahead of me I rarely think of cigarettes. Considering I was totally addicted this is a small miracle. I went cold Turkey having tried everything previously. Keep going and sail into sunny uplands.

You're amazing! I can only aspire to be like you. this is day 2 for me. I've quit before, the longest being 3 and a half years. Taking it back up was the worst decision ever but i'm determined to see it through this time! Thanks for the inspiration xx

Whoo Hoo, 7 years! Sounds like a long time but it is easy to do once you let go of the thought and move on in life.

Congratulations Dobbins. Keep inspiring others to their success with your example. I am almost 4 years now and don't intend to ever look back. The only time I even think of it is when I remember to log in on this wonderful site where I have seen many succeed. We did and they will too once they believe that they can too!
