You have to beat the brain fog stage so you do not relapse.

Hello to all! I am an ex-smoker/ nicotine addict. I have battled with this addiction for almost 15 years. I had tried what I thought was everything to quit. I would quit for 1 week, relapse, 3 weeks, relapse, and it went on and on throughout my battle with nicotine addiction. It wasn't until I tried cryotherapy that I finally quit. I started doing ice baths about a year ago and I can proudly say that I am 1 year free of NO smoking or any nicotine of any kind! I am not here to pitch any product. I do not work for the company that I have used for my ice baths, but I highly recommended trying ice baths to beat that brain fog that personally kept me from kicking nicotine all together. Here is the link for the ice bath that I used. https://www.nurecover.com/discount/RYAN58606

Again, I am simply trying to help the next person kick their habit and this is how I kicked mine. Thank you for reading and I hope I can help!
