Acknowledging my Ignorance

I'm 24 and freshly graduated as of last week - I feel like I should be on top of the world, doing pilates, eating green smoothies or some nonsense. I actually started on cigs when I was in Europe and they were $4 a pack. In Serbia, they do it indoors, outdoors, on the side and in between. Vaping is tastier, it's always in my pocket, and is such a selfish habit. The disposable ones are insanely high in nic content for something so readily accessible, that I feel like I've dug myself a hole far too deep and far too daunting for someone my age. The thing is, my attitude is very much "I'm young, I'm not one of those old farts with asthma yet" and I'm using the fact that the long-term effects of vaping aren't well known yet... To my advantage.

I've started leaving the vape in the car instead of my pocket at work. This is the most proactive I've ever been. Hopefully I've got the beans to pull through on this tactic at least!

The addiction to nicotine is there with NRT, Vape, tobacco etc.I found cold turkey the most effective way to stop.
After 3 days the nicotine has gone from body & the cravings go away soon after.
