Eek big night out!

Hello 👋

I am 52 days in and have a night out planned. I am a little anxious that I will get a bit too pissy and go searching for a smoke. I will devastated if I wake up tomorrow morning and this is the case. I am also very worried that if I do wake up tomorrow after having a smoke that I will just think Bugga and go buy a pack…any hints/tips are appreciated 🙏 Ally

    A night out should not influence your desire to quit smoking. Insteading of feeling left outl, go with your smoking friends and watch how they only enjoy those first couple of drags to alleviate the craving and then total forget about the cigarette. Be proud of the fact that you are no longer an addict to nicotine and have that control back. These people will also be wistful of the fact that you managed to quit, after all, have you ever heard on someone who wished they smoked?

    Remember what you have learned about nicotine and take heed of the NOPE mantra! Have a good time and feel proud

    Just stop doubting yourself and you know how hard those first weeks are do you really want to put yourself through that again you’ve done the hard part it gets easier from here stay strong I’ve been 7 years because I got sick of putting my body through those first weeks
