Notes about my days 4 to 6.

Day 4 - 8th Nov '23 - was much the same as day 3. Got nothing much done for having to concentrate too much on keeping myself in control of my mood and cravings.

Day 5 - 9th Nov '23 - a lot easier today, with no cravings at all, not even a fleeting thought of smoking, until late evening set in. Even then, the cravings were strong but very short, and there wasn't very many of them. This is despite having a really rough early afternoon of teenage child related trouble that would normally have sent me crazy for cigarettes.

Day 6 - 10th Nov '23 - another day smoke free. Again, easy to get through, until late evening. Seems the old habit of having that one last smoke before bed is my worst trigger to deal with nowadays. I assume that'll eventually pass as well.

It will pass Lilidews. It is nice to see you learning that smoking does not help to solve the problems at hand and that you can cope without one or twenty. Embracing this journey and eagerly anticipating the changes to come rather than dreading or doubting them is major.
Keep up the great attitude and desire for change!
