First 4 good symptoms of quitting.

Everyone talks about the negatives, the cravings, sweats, moods, weight gain, etc. That's not all there is to it. I'm trying to focus on the good symptoms. It's not a bit over one week since my last cigarette and my good symptoms so far have been...

1. My skin is no longer dry and crusty.

2. I look a bit healthier, like I've regained a couple of years of life already.

3. Coughing is dramatically reduced.

4. I'm not longer feeling rushed between going places and doing things, as I no longer question "do I have time for a smoke?" as don't need to try and find that extra time anymore.
