Notes about my days 7 to 9

Day 7 - 11th Nov '23 - Stop the world I want to get off! For no detectable reason, this day hit me hard with many strong cravings all day long. I got through it though, kept reminding myself that this has all been hard enough already, I don't want to have to start this journey all over again.

Day 8 - 12th Nov '23 - Repeat of day 7, not fun at all, but pushed through it, again, I don't ever want to have to go through all this again, so giving in isn't an option.

Day 9 - 13th Nov '23 - A bit better than the past two days, cravings still often and all day long but not as strong nor as long.

Day 10 - 14th Nov '23 - Cravings? What cravings? Got through the whole day not even thinking about it, it was like I'd forgotten I had ever been a smoker in the first place.

Good for all of those who push through with positive thoughts and determination. Things do settle down once we get accustomed to the change, desire a better life, and believe that we have the power. Anyone can quit smoking with the right mindset.
