My first goal was to stop smoking and the Varenapix has helped alot with that, i have had very little cravings and heading towards my next goal and that is when I stop taking the Varenapix that with a positive mindset i’m prepared and will adjust to the next challenge, I’m still at the beginning of my Journey and have a long way to go

Correction i actually started the Varenapix on 8th September with my Quit day still was the 21st . from reading all the stories and Journeys over the last few days. the more positive your mind is about wanting to quit and staying quit the greater chance you have in succeeding, It really reinforces how important this is as those on here who have succeeded all share how important your mindset is in achieving the ultimate goal

    Hi 2bfree.
    Thx for your support!
We have to be strong and resist any urges to smoke " NO MATTER WHAT"
Fill those moments I call{ voids) with anything. make the bed. Clean a window. feed the cat. clean your teeth! Anything will do. It just gets easier as time does heal thing's.
Stay clear because "WE DON'T SMOKE"
