2 weeks in and 3 gym sessions a week gets me better connected to my body. I know that my growing physical strength will help strengthen my willpower. I have struggled getting a good nights sleep, but Im pushing through it.

    Well done.
    Many of us transform our lifestyles for the better when we quit smoking. Envisioning what we want to become and keeping busy helps us to achieve those goals.
