Please advice,

I was smoking since I was 16 yrs old, now I'm 42 and decided to quit. I am smoke free now for 3 months, however I have trouble sleeping.

I used champix for an aid to stop smoking.

My last time taking the Champix was around October of this year.

Now I struggle to sleep and very restless at night.

Please give me a tip or an advice to conquer this problem.

Thank you

Congratulations on your 3 months a non-smoker. It is definitely worth it, in spite of some hardships.
Food which contain Tryptophan like Turkey, warm milk noted for its calcium , or a natural sleep aid as Melatonin may help along with other practices like reading rather than watching the screen may be of help.
Hang in there and be happy with your new status, this too will come to pass.
