Still going strong

22 Feb 23 is 5 calendar months since I haven’t had a cigi. I am thinking less and less about smoking now. Missing them less and less. There are still times like after dinner or when I smell someone smoking, like when my next door neighbour goes outside for a cigarette, that I do think about them. When this happens I say to myself ‘smoking is not for me’ and the thoughts of smoking disappear. The single session with the hypnotherapist has well been worth it, it has worked amazingly well for me. Quitting doesn’t have to be hard or stressful, you just need the right tools to help you. I smoked from the age of 10 and I am 57 now. I smoked a packet a day for a long time. I tried quitting before using Zyban which cause me to have a seizure, nicotine patches that made my skin tear and bleed, cold turkey which sent me nuts. This time, using hypnosis, has been relatively easy. Give it a try if you are struggling

    Great Job!
Keep up the good work and positive thinking.
When we don't give up trying, we will find a way that works for us.
