still feeling anxiety after 4 months smoke free

Hi all, today I'm 119 days smoke free (quit Nov 15/23) but I still feel anxious, like this hollow feeling just below my sternum. I'm doing daily exercise, I keep myself busy, I don't want a cigarette. But this feeling is not going away! Anyone else experiencing this?

So is it a feeling of dread? A fear that your could relapse?
The mind is very powerful, and if you let it believe there is something lurking in the shadows then it will keep its guard and tenseness up. That is a good thing if you are uncertain, but if you KNOW that you do NOT want a cigarette, then let it go.
When you have made up your mind and are HAPPY with a decision we do it without second guessing ourselves. Why should this be any different?

You have faced the fear and won! You have changed how you think about smoking. Enjoy your victory!
