Time flies and it's hard to believe that my last puff was 7 years ago today. I used to say to myself about quitting smoking - I have the will and I have the power, but I don't have the willpower. In reality we all do, and one needs to dig a bit deeper to quit once and for all. My mantra throughout, and even today, is NOPE - not one puff ever.
